With the letter of appointment of the Grand Chancellery of the Legion of Honour, the announcement letter from the Minister of the Interior, and copies of his letter of recommendation. - Two passports of Pierre Paul Vigier: one dated 5 June 1868 for travel to Austria, Prussia and the Netherlands, signed by Moustier, Minister of Foreign Affairs; one dated 3 February 1871 for travel to London. - A group of diplomas: three awarded to Pierre Paul Vigier, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Laws; various diplomas awarded to his son and various members of his family. - Book: Documents of the Vienna International Telegraphic Conference, Vienna, Imperial and Royal Court and State Printing Office, 1868, in-4, 469 pp. Publisher's binder, half red wedge binding (wear and tear, wetness).
