In Amsterdam, by François Changuion, 1729. 4 volumes in-12, lemon morocco, smooth decorated spines, gilt edges, restorations to headdresses, bits and corners (contemporary binding). Illustration engraved on copperplate by Bernard Picart. - LA FONTAINE (Jean de). Fabulæ selectæ. Rothomagi [Rouen], apud Lud. Le Boucher, Laurent Dumesnil, 1775. 2 volumes strong in-8, brown marbled calf, spine with ornamented ribs, gilt edges (contemporary binding). Bilingual edition giving the text of La Fontaine and a Latin translation by Jean-Baptiste Giraud. Illustration engraved on copperplate without text after Jean-Baptiste Oudry, reproducing in reduction the plates of the 1755-1759 edition of Les Fables choisies. - LOUVET DE COUVRAY (Jean-Baptiste). Les Amours du chevalier de Faublas. Sold in Paris, at the author's house, year VI [1797-1798]. 4 volumes in-8, brown veined calf, smooth spines, scratched ex-libris on the first covers (contemporary binding). Illustration engraved on copper after several artists including Clément-Pierre Marillier. - SAINT-LAMBERT (Jean-François de)]. The Seasons. Amsterdam, s.n., 1775. In-8, tortoiseshell calf, spine with decorated nerves, used binding with a tear in the upper headdress (binding of the period). Illustration engraved on copperplate out of text after Jean-Michel Moreau dit Moreau le jeune. - WATELET (Claude-Henri). The art of painting. In Paris, from the printing house of H. L. Guérin & L.-F. Delatour, 1760. Small in-8, glazed tortoiseshell calf, smooth decorated spine, the preliminary explanation of the figures announced in the table is missing as often (binding of the time).
