CONDITIONS DE VENTE Les acquéreurs paieront en sus des enchères, les frais et taxes suivants : 21,53 % (frais : 18 % ; T.V.A. : 3,53 %) La vente est faite expressément au comptant. En cas de paiement par chèque non certifié, la délivrance des objets pourra être différée jusqu'à l'encaissement. L'adjudicataire ne pourra se saisir de son lot que contre paiement comptant, soit en espèces, soit par chèque certifié. Dans les autres cas, la remise de l'acquisition pourra être différée à l'encaissement du chèque. Les frais et risques du magasinage restant à la charge de l'acheteur. Une exposition préalable permettant aux acquéreurs de se rendre compte de l'état des objets mis en vente, il ne sera admis aucune réclamation une fois l'adjudication prononcée, notamment pour les restaurations d'usage et les petits accidents. Les dimensions inscrites au catalogue sont données à titre indicatif. La vente se fera selon l'ordre du catalogue, toutefois les Commissaires-priseurs ou l'Expert se réservent le droit de changer l'ordre de présentation selon les nécessités de la vente. ORDRES D'ACHAT et ENCHÈRES PAR TÉLÉPHONE Les Commissaires-Priseurs et les Experts se chargent d'exécuter les ordres d'achat qui leur sont confiés, en particulier, par les amateurs ne pouvant assister à la vente. Les ordres d'achat ne seront pris en considération que confirmés par écrit et accompagnés d'un relevé d'identité bancaire et de la photocopie d'une pièce d'identité, reçus au moins 24 heures avant la vente. Les personnes souhaitant enchérir par téléphone peuvent utiliser le formulaire d'ordre d'achat accompagné d'un relevé d'identité bancaire et de la photocopie d'une pièce d'identité. Toutes les conversations téléphoniques sont enregistrées pendant la vente. Beaussant Lefèvre et les experts ne pourront en aucun cas être tenus pour responsables d'une erreur ou d'un incident téléphonique. CONDITIONS OF SALE Payment for lots must be made immediately after the sale. A buyer's premium at a rate of 21,53 % (18 % + V.A.T. : 3,53 %) will be payable by the buyers of all lots. In the case of payment by cheque, title to the lot will pass to the buyer only after the cheque has cleared. The exhibition of lots prior to the sale will allow purchasers to inspect the condition of the lots offered for sale and no claims will be accepted once the hammer has fallen. Buyers are advised to collect their lots as soon as possible in order to avoid handling and storage costs which they will be liable for. Beaussant Lefèvre is not liable for loss or damage to lots in storage under any circumstances. Attributions have been made taking into account scientific and artistic knowledge at the date of the sale. Claims will not be accepted for ordinary restorations and minor damages to lots, considering that buyers are given the opportunity to assess the condition of the lots at the time of the pre-sale exhibition. Remounting, parquetry or coating constitute protective measures and not defects, and thus will not be indicated. Dimensions are given for information only. Clients will only be able to take delivery of their lots after payment by wire transfer through Telex or SWIFT. Beaussant Lefèvre disclaims all liability for the legal and fiscal implications resulting from a false declaration by the buyer. INSURANCE As soon as the hammer falls, the buyer will be responsible for taking-out insurance on his lots, and professional non-trading company disclaims all liability regarding any damage to any lot. This will apply from the fall of the hammer. ABSENTEE BIDS and BIDDING BY TELEPHONE If you cannot attend the auction, we will be pleased to execute written bids on your behalf. Any written bids may be send by fax or by post, with a copy of a R.I.B. (bank references) and a copy of the identity card at least 24 hours before the sale. If you cannot attend the auction, it is possible to bid on the telephone, you can use the bidding form at the back of the catalogue with your bank references and a copy of the identity card. We also suggest that you leave a covering bid which we can execute on your behalf in the event we are unable to reach you by telephone. Telephone bidding will be recorded during the auction.
